We understand that receiving an audio video systems upgrade or installing state-of-the-art audio visual systems in your sports bar, restaurant, nightclub or hospitality venue can be overwhelming. Even after the work is done, it looks great, and you see and hear that it’s performing properly, you’re standing there staring at a rack of equipment that you may not know how to use. You might not even know what each component is supposed to do. We’re here to help.



Training For You and Your Staff

When you work with JD Systems, you’re never on your own. First, we’ll train your staff to use the equipment to the degree they need to. Whether this means changing the channel on screen 3 in the VIP room from an iPad mounted behind the bar, or shutting down all but the security systems at night, we’ll explain everything you and your staff need to know, and leave you with notes for reference.

If you’ve invested in a control system, we’ll show you how to set scenes – and show you the difference between changes you can make yourself and when you need a certified programmer. Depending on the system you buy, you’ll be surprised by how much flexibility you have as the end-user. It’s our job to make sure you know how to get the most out of your systems.

Fortunately, today’s control system touch screens are designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, so a large part of our job is just getting you comfortable with the systems and helping you find and install the right apps on your mobile devices. We want you to be comfortable operating your new systems to achieve everything you want in your venue.

Just like the audio video systems we design and install, our training is completely customized to meet your needs and your comfort level.



24/7 Support

What if you blow a speaker above the bar the night before the big game? Don’t worry. We’re here to help. You can reach us virtually any time for emergency service.

We’ll do our best to troubleshoot remotely, but if we need to send out a truck, we won’t hesitate. It’s part of our promise to you, that you will be happy with your systems not just the day or week after they’re installed, but down the line. We don’t forget our customers, and we’re always happy to help. Not every audio video integrator makes that promise, while others make it but don’t keep it.

Even if your warranty has expired, we’ll do our best to help you. If you buy your screens from a big box store? Forget about it.
